On August 7, 2021, he was sitting in the backseat of his best friend's car driving home from a New York Mets Game in Philadelphia (the Mets lost BTW), while she was spending the night hanging out with cousin at home having a 'girls weekend.' Although they were miles a part from each other, a single like on the dating app 'Hinge,' sparked a conversation, and the rest was history. Little did they know at the time, they lived right around the corner from each other, and soon after that night they would actually start their journey through life together! Their first date was on August 15th Their first kiss was on August 24th, and on September 4th, he asked her to be his girlfriend, and she said YES! Years later, on June 21, 2024, he got down on one knee at their "spot" on the nature trail of Barnegat Lighthouse State Park, and asked her for her hand in marriage. Of course, she did not skip a beat and said YES! On May 30, 2026, Evan and Daniel are excited to celebrate this next chapter in their lives amongst their closest friends & family for their special day!
