There are endless things to do in the Boulder area. Here are recommendations for two of Cat and Evan's favorite things: hiking and eating!

Cat was a Sanitas gal during her five years as a Boulder resident. The hike to the top is steep but not too long, and a great view of Boulder is the reward!

Mount Sanitas Trail

Evan's favorite hike when he lived in Boulder is a classic! Views of the iconic Flatirons from a variety of trails are the backdrop against the historic Chautauqua Dining Hall and cabins.

Chautauqua

RMNP is just a short 45 minutes from Boulder! You will drive right through Lyons if you chose to head up. Majestic views and countless trails can keep you busy and active! Emerald Lake is one of our go-to's.

Rocky Mountain National Park

The brick mall in downtown Boulder has lots of shops, restaurants, and street performers! A great place for a stroll at any time of day. Evan used to play here for whiskey money with his college band, Rocky Mountain Toast!

Pearl Street Mall

We went here for our first official date. Brew pub with great burgers, beer, and heady decor!

Mountain Sun Pub & Brewery

Cat worked here for two years in college. Head this way for 68 beers on tap and amazing "Colorado style" pizza!

Backcountry Pizza & Tap House

The classic Boulder restaurant on The Hill! Burgers, fries, and encouraged graffiti, you can't go wrong!

The Sink

We love Thai food... this is the absolute best in Boulder!! Casual Thai with counter service.

Khow Thai Cafe

Cat also worked here in college! The gorgeous building was imported piece by piece from Tajikistan and rebuilt in Downtown Boulder. Stop in for an afternoon tea or coffee, the food is great too!

The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse

Our favorite Boulder brewery! This location opened in 2015, they're making great brews and tasty eats! Slightly farther out of town in Boulder, but worth the trek to see this state-of-the-art brewery!

Avery Brewing Company

Brunch/lunch with 99 cent Bloody's and Mimosas... 'nuff said.
