What is the dress code?

Wedding Ceremony & Reception is Colorful Formal. Colorful ties or pocketsquares are encouraged. Have fun with it! We want everyone to be comfortable as the venue is outdoors. Is there a hotel room block?

There is a room block code available for Sunday night at the Courtyard Marriott. Please use code: ECW There are also other hotel options available in the area as well as Airbnb. If you need help finding accommodations, please reach out.

Are kids allowed?

Our wedding and corresponding events will be adults only.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 5:00PM. The ceremony starts at 5:30

Are the ceremony and reception outdoors?

Answer

Yes, both will be outdoors but there are indoor spaces if needed.

Is there transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

There will be bus transportation to and from Villa Woodbine on Sunday at the Courtyard Marriott. More info of timing on bus departures to come.
