When is the actual wedding ceremony?

Answer

We are getting married in a private, extremely intimate ceremony earlier in the day. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all that evening for dinner and drinks!

Are children allowed?

Answer

Take the night off and leave the little ones at home! We love your children, but due to space restrictions and the nature of our venues, we can only accommodate adults at our wedding celebration party. We hope you understand!

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people! If you already know whether or not you’ll be able to join us, we’d really appreciate you letting us know as soon as you can. Since we’re planning a more intimate gathering with limited space, an early heads-up helps us make room for others if you’re unable to attend. With that being said, we kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by October 1st, 2025 at the latest. Thanks so much!

What do I wear?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable! Whatever you would wear to a nice dinner out or a cocktail party. Think fancier than jeans and a t-shirt, but more casual than a tuxedo or ball gown.

Where do I park?

Answer

We recommend carpooling or using Uber/Lyft if possible. However, downtown Carrboro has street parking, as well as several great free municipal lots if you drive. We recommend parking in any of the free municipal lots or the free library parking deck behind Acme on Roberson Street. Note: Whatever you do, do NOT park across the street at Carr Mill Mall/Weaver Street Market. If you do, you will be towed. We know, we hate it, too.

Will I need to drive from dinner to the party?

Answer

Nope! As long as you park in one of the municipal lots, you are fine to leave your car for the entirety of our event. Steel String Brewery is a two minute walk from Acme, so we will all just walk together from one to the other!

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please let Cam or Evan know ASAP so that they can let the restaurant know. Acme is more than happy to accommodate.
