When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the Welcome Party will be elevated western themed. What does this mean? Boots, hats, and bolo ties are encouraged, though by no means required. Jeans with sports coats are acceptable for the men. Please refer to the moodboard at the top of this page for outfit inspo! The wedding is formal attire - long dresses and tuxes are welcome but not required.

Can I bring a date?

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests specifically listed on the invitation to attend. Thanks for your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, the welcome party and wedding will be adults only. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the welcome party, we recommend taking a rideshare to Marlow. However, there are paid parking lots and limited street parking within walking distance. For the ceremony and reception, there are limited parking spaces available at Woodbine Mansion but they cannot accommodate cars overnight. If you prefer, there is a free parking garage withing walking distance in downtown Round Rock that allows for overnight parking.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm CT. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can start on time.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, you can note any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttles departing from both The Line and Aloft hotels in downtown Austin at 3:30 pm CT. Even if you are not staying at these hotels, we recommend taking the shuttle as rideshares may be more difficult. There will be two shuttle departures from Woodbine Mansion back to the Line and Aloft hotels at 8:30 pm CT and 10:30 pm CT.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. Depending on the weather (you never know with Fall in Texas!) you may want a light jacket. The cocktail hour will be a mix of inside and outside and there will be a tented reception.
