About a 40-minute/25-mile drive from Denver International Airport to the hotel. If you choose to bring a car, the parking fee will be waived for guests staying under our block of rooms. Our group rate is also available to our guests for three days before and after the wedding for those who wish to stay longer. Please book by May 6th, 2026, to guarantee our group rate (space permitting).

A shuttle with limited seating will be available to shuttle our guests from the DoubleTree hotel to Wings Over the Rockies. ***DETAILS SUBJECT TO CHANGE*** Two shuttles before the Reception to the venue, leaving at 4:45pm and 5:15pm Two shuttles after the Reception to the hotel, leaving at 11:00pm and midnight
