About a 40-minute/25-mile drive from Denver International Airport to the hotel. If you choose to bring a car, the parking fee will be waived for guests staying under our block of rooms. The parking validation code is: 909 Our group rate is also available to our guests for three days before and after the wedding for those who wish to stay longer. Please book by May 6th, 2026, to guarantee our group rate (space permitting).

A shuttle with limited seating will be available to shuttle our guests from the DoubleTree hotel to Wings Over the Rockies. *Updated Shuttle times below* Two shuttles before the Reception from the hotel to the venue, leaving the hotel at 5:00pm and 5:30pm Two shuttles after the Reception to the hotel, leaving the reception at 11:30pm and midnight
