We're getting married!

It all started in college, where a few mutual friends unknowingly changed our lives forever. The moment we met, something just clicked. From that day on, we were inseparable—going on hikes, laughing together, and building a friendship that quickly grew into something much more. Not long after, Evan left for the Navy, and we faced the challenge of a long-distance relationship for two years. It wasn’t easy, but every call, every visit, every moment apart only made our connection stronger. Love—and a whole lot of patience—carried us through. When Evan was stationed in Virginia, we knew it was time for the next step. Aleia packed up and moved down, ready to start a new chapter under the same roof. Our favorite thing has always been the simplest—just being together. And on one of our favorite walks, on October 28, 2024, Evan got down on one knee and asked the question that would change everything. It was the easiest "yes" of our lives.
