How should I RSVP?

So, really - what do I wear?

Answer

Our dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire and generally, we're leaning more into late summer colors than fall colors. Our color scheme is based off of the picture at the top of this page (it's a picture of the sky in Scotland the night we got engaged). But mostly we want people to wear things that make them happy!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Yes, children are welcome to attend all events!

Where is the wedding venue and reception?

Answer

Both the wedding and the reception will be at The Liberty Warehouse, in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The address is 260 Conover St, Brooklyn, NY.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be free valet parking available at Liberty Warehouse.

Will there be a shuttle to/from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We have a bus that will leave from the Atlantic Avenue/Barclays Center subway stop at 4:15pm to get to Liberty Warehouse. The van will return from Liberty to the same spot at 11:00pm and 12:15am. Please see the transportation tab for more specifics. For those staying at Brooklyn Hotels, there will also be a sprinter van making a loop amongst the hotels from 11pm to 12:15am. Please see the transportation tab for more specifics.

How do I get to The Liberty Warehouse?

Answer

Our favorite way is to take the ferry from Wall Street Pier 11 to Red Hook/Atlantic Basin. From the ferry port, it’s about a 12 minute walk or a 7 minute drive to the venue. We recommend arriving early due to the high volume on the ferry — sometimes they run out of room and you have to wait for the next. There’s not exactly a convenient subway, but the B61 bus drops you off at Van Brunt/Coffey St. — from there it’s a five minute walk. Yes, our venue accommodates food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please let us know in the RSVP form and be sure to tell your server on the day of!
