The Wedding Website of Devon Swift and Evan Bromfield
If you have any questions other than what we’ve listed here, please reach out to us.
Question

What are the COVID precautions in place for this event?

Answer

We are taking this virus very seriously and expect that our guests do as well. We hope that every one who attends is able to get vaccinated before the event. We ask those who are unable or choose not to get vaccinated, to quarantine and/or test negative before attending. We want guests to be safe, so if these precautions are not something you are interested in doing, we kindly ask that you not attend. If you cannot attend for whatever reason, we COMPLETELY understand -- it's a crazy time -- we'll do something to celebrate with you later!

Question

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

No kids have been invited to this wedding. We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Jackets/ties are not necessary, because it’s hot and humid in July, but some people will be wearing them. The ceremony takes place on a grassy plane, under a big tree - select your shoe choice accordingly! The reception is under a temperature-controlled tent with a flat, wooden floor.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We prefer that you were fully present, and we agreed with our photographers to keep the ceremony "unplugged." Don't worry though - we'll share the photos with you all afterwards!

Question

Is Evan's last name Wooderson?

Answer

Nope, it's Bromfield!

Question

I have dietary restrictions, what can I eat?

Answer

Our menu includes vegetarian and gluten free options. Reach out if you have more specific concerns.

Question

I have mobility issues, will it be difficult to navigate the venue?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are on ground level, accessible to all.

Question

Should I bring an iPad to take photos?

Answer

No.

Question

I'm having difficulty submitting my significant other's RSVP, what's the problem?

Answer

They may need to RSVP separately. If after giving that a try you're still having trouble, please reach out. We may have misspelled a name or email address along the way.

Question

I planned to drive home from the venue, but what happens if the signature cocktails are stronger than I expected?

Answer

We want our guests to be safe! You can leave your car at the venue and grab an Uber/Lyft home! Just pick your vehicle up by 9am Sunday morning.
