Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Formal For women, floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses are perfect. For men, suits or blazers are great. We look forward to seeing you dressed up! For those invited to the rehearsal dinner, we ask that you dress in casual cocktail attire. For men, blazers are optional. No jeans please.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible! But please RSVP by February 1st, 2026!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Park day will be at Lake Crabtree Beech Shelter on 4/11 from 1pm - 5pm. Wear clothes for yard games and beach volleyball!

Are children welcome?

Answer

We are blessed to be part of large families with lots of young children! If you are not immediate family, please utilize our wedding as a date night. Breastfeeding mothers with children under 1 are welcome to bring their baby. Please note, we ask that all children under 2 years of age stay in the designated area during the ceremony. Childcare will be provided and parents are welcome to stay with their children if they prefer.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive around 3:00 PM. Ceremony to start at 3:30. Courtesy shuttle will depart the Residence Inn for the ceremony at 2:45 PM.

Where should I stay in Raleigh?

Answer

Our wedding room block is at the Residence Inn in Downtown Raleigh. The link to book through the room block can be found under the Travel tab on this website.

Where will I park at the venue?

Answer

For the ceremony, parking is free right in front of the chapel. For the reception, paid parking is available at 223 S West Street, Raleigh, NC. A courtesy shuttle will be provided to transport guests from the ceremony to the reception.
