What is the dress code?

Smart Casual - Strike a balance between fancy and chill—nice trousers, flowy skirts, or a crisp shirt will do the trick. Leave the tux at home, but don’t roll up in pajamas. Hogwarts house robes are encouraged but not required.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm, but feel free to arrive as early as 3:30pm to find your seats, visit, and hear some live jazz guitar music!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both at Diamond Springs Venue, which has plenty of parking available.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

That depends on how far you want to be from the venue. The closest hotels to the venue are in Wellington, which is about 20 minutes away. If you don't mind being 45 minutes away, there are many great hotels to choose from in Wichita.
