The Conservatory follows Eastern Standard Time.
The doors to the venue will open at 4:30 (one hour ahead of our ceremony time). We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to find a seat. Please factor in additional travel time, especially if you are traveling from Nashville or Atlanta, as traffic can build up quickly around Chattanooga.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30.
There is plenty of parking at the venue so please feel free to bring your car. However, there are two hairpin turns on the mountain getting up the the venue, so please drive cautiously.
Transportation will be provided from Downtown Chattanooga to The Conservatory, then back to Downtown Chattanooga at the end of the night. Transportation will work on a reservation basis, so please let us know if you will use the provided transportation in your RSVP.
The venue is on top of a mountain and it can be difficult to get Ubers and Lyfts towards the end of the night. There is plenty of parking at the venue, but we want to ensure all of our guests can enjoy the night without worrying about finding a ride home.
The charter buses will pick up riders who RSVP'd outside of the Chattanooga Marriott Downtown hotel (2 Carter St., Chattanooga, TN 37402) or the Moxy Chattanooga Downtown hotel (1220 King St., Chattanooga, TN 37403). The time the buses will depart is to be determined.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be inside the conservatory.
Formal attire is requested.
Sadly, due to the capacity of the venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invitation.
We appreciate your understanding as we have opted for an adults-only celebration. While we adore your little ones, we have made this decision to ensure that everyone can enjoy the evening to the fullest. We hope you can arrange childcare and treat the evening as a date night! Your presence means the world to us, and we look forward to celebrating our wedding with you!
