Dollywood
Dolly Parton's Dollywood is a family friendly amusement park around 20 mins from the wedding venue. We have been multiple times and recommend going to the glass blowing store.
Cades Cove Scenic Loop
Cades Cove is a great way to be immersed in nature without getting out of your car. The engagement photos on our website were all taken at Cades Cove. We recommend getting there in the early morning to have the best chance at spotting black bears!
Spruce Flat Falls
The hike to Spruce Flat Falls is a ~1.6 mile hike with a rewarding waterfall in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There are some rocky and steep sections on the trail. We think this would be a good option for anyone looking for a 1 hour hiking adventure perhaps before/after a trip around Cades Cove. Go early to find parking and avoid crowds.
Apple Barn
The Apple Barn in Sevierville has a restaurant, cider bar, creamery and general store. Eva's grandmother was particularly fond of this spot and specifically their apple butter. We recommend going for a meal and picking up a jar of apple butter to take home.
