Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The Schedule page has info on the events we have planned. At the moment we don't have any day excursions planned as a group as we are expecting a large guest list. Feel free to explore the area and check out the "Things to Do" page for recommendations or just relax at the resort and take advantage of all that it offers.

Is the Grand the same as Moon Palace?

Answer

No. The Grand at Moon Palace is separate from the Moon Palace Resort in Cancun, Mexico. Guests at the Moon Palace do not have access to The Grand. The Grand at Moon Palace opened in 2017.

Are transfers included with the hotel reservation?

Answer

Yes, by booking with the link provided, hotel transfers are included. Ground transportation Airport- Resort- Airport is included with the 4 night stay. I have an early morning flight, what time can I arrive and start enjoying all of the resort's meals and activities?

Answer

You can arrive any time after 8am and start enjoying all that The Grand has to offer. Rooms may not be available until after 3pm but they will provide storage for your luggage so you can start your vacation as soon as you set foot on the property.
