Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Garden party attire; think elegant, light, and seasonal! Women please wear long or mid length dresses. Spring colors, fun patterns and textures encouraged! For men dress pants or shorts, button-downs or polo. Blazer or sport coat optional, soft colors are encouraged but if black is your go-to that works too! Feel free to reach out to the bride and/or groom with any questions. What to avoid- Jeans, heavy fabrics or dark winter colors

Do we need passports?

Answer

Yes, you will need a valid passport for travel. Please check expiration dates- passports need to be valid for at least 6 months before travel.

Can I arrive early or stay longer?

Answer

Absolutely! You're welcome to extend your stay before of after the wedding - just coordinate directly with our travel agent, Erin.

What should I pack?

Answer

Resort wear, wedding attire, comfortable shoes, swimwear, sunscreen, and any personal essentials. Men- be sure to pack long pants, jeans, and collared shirts. Many of the restaurants have dress codes.

Do I need to bring a gift?

Your presence means the world to us. No gifts are expected, we did not to a registry for this reason.

Will food and drinks be included?

Answer

Yes! Hyatt Ziva is an all-inclusive resort. All food and drinks are included in your stay. We recommend bringing cash to tip the bartenders and service staff.

Do we need reservations for dinner?

Answer

No, the resort does not require reservations for dinner. You can make reservations for dinners after check-in if you would like.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

You are responsible for booking your own flights. Jon and Eva will be flying in on April 29th on Southwest flight #708. If you are on this flight we will provide transportation to the resort. You will be responsible for your own transportation on your departure date.
