FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is formal attire (black tie optional). Dress to impress, but don't worry about wearing a floor length gown or a full tux. For the ladies, this means a dress below the knee, and a suit or nice jacket for the guys!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we are not including plus ones. Please double check the names addressed on your invitation and the number of guests listed on your RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but are choosing to keep this a 16+ event. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available on site at the venue. However, we strongly recommend carpooling with other guests or using shuttle transportation from the hotel to maximize parking space in the lot.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the "Travel" tab for information on hotels in the area.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please reach out to us directly to let us know of any allergies we should be aware of. We are trying to make this event as allergen-friendly as possible, so there will be gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan/vegetarian options provided for food.

Question

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoors. We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater in case it gets cooler at night.

Question

When will dinner be served and what are the options?

Answer

We are having catering from our favorite restaurant in Providence, 'There, There.' During cocktail hour (around 5pm), light snacks will be served on an appetizer table, including dips and small bites. Dinner service will run from around 6-8:30pm, and we invite you to have dinner whenever you wish -- we won't be having a formal sit down dinner. There will be options of burgers, chicken sandwiches, and a kale roll, as well as fries and salad for sides. Dessert will follow immediately after featuring ice cream from Big Feeling, which will also be self-serve.
