What is the dress code?

Answer

Think fancy! — suits for men, dresses/gowns or dressy outfits for women. It will be early November, so please dress accordingly to the weather (rain, heat, cold, who knows?)

Are there hotels nearby?

Yes, we have blocked off at least 13 hotel for out-of-towners! Only some of them are Friday overnight to Saturday overnight, so please confirm with us your plans and needs. the nearest hotel is about 10 minutes away from the venue: Hampton Inn & Suites Bensalem Please have the guests reference the Woo/Cho Wedding or group code WCW when making reservations. Reservations must be confirmed by October 7th in order to receive the discounted room rate. What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

Are we allowed plus-one's?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, invitations are limited to those listed on your RSVP.

Are kids/babies welcome?

Answer

Yes! Children are invited. We have a lot of family and relatives with newborns who need to bring their babies as well as their young children. (Approximately under age 2 is not considered part of the actual headcount and 2+ will be seated) We know babies will be babies! If your little one gets upset during the ceremony, we’d appreciate stepping out briefly until they settle.

There are great locations for new moms to nurse their babies with comfort and privacy!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please rsvp at your earliest convenience! We need a solid headcount for certain logistics so please RSVP at the latest by the end of April or May.

Can we stay at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes, there is a 8-10 person limit until 10AM the next day! It is fully reserved for specific single guests who have driven far from another state and for the bride&groom!
