Mullae Art Village
Deemed one of the more alternative and unique neighborhoods in Seoul. Back in the 70s it housed numerous small-scale steel mills, but most of them relocated in the 90s to cheaper neighborhoods. It has been transformed into the "Art Village" of Seoul. That means, you'll find many artist spaces, artist boutiques, unique cafes and restaurants peppered within the industrial area. Ikseon-dong

Nami Island
Nami Island famously served as the backdrop to one of the most iconic Korean Dramas of all time and features beautiful tree lanes, woodlands, and riverside walks. A great option for anyone wanting to explore outside of Seoul (but not TOO far from civilization).
