We met the most modern way you can... through an app! Hinge connected us on the first day of 2019 and we immediately hit it off virtually. We hit it off SO well virtually that Neil didn't even ask Eugenia to meet until March! Our dates quickly turned into day-long escapades through New York City that involved biking and walking 10-20 miles a weekend while we explored our city and each other more. It was a match better than either of us could have imagined. Both of us have almost unlimited energy and a joy and optimism for life that we immediately noticed in each other. We met each other's families a few months in, and our families met each other a few months after that. Both of us felt immediately at home with each other's families and even our parents hit it off! Nine months in, Neil couldn't hold it in any longer and proposed. It was the easiest decision Eugenia ever made. Now they live happily awaiting their wedding and are busy raising our new pup Morty! We can't wait to celebrate with you all (hopefully vaccinated) people!
