If your invitation says "and Guest" then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Children are welcome to join in the celebration; however, to help ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that, if possible, you consider making arrangements for them to stay at home. Please note that the venue is a large, farm-style property with koi ponds and other natural features, so we kindly ask that children be supervised at all times for their safety.
Yes, we ask that guests come dressed in cocktail attire in soft summery hues/colors.
Yes, there is a parking lot above the venue that comfortably fits 50-70 cars. We ask that our guests try to carpool due to the limited space. For guests who cannot walk far distances they can be dropped off at the reception area and drivers can park in the above parking lot.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please arrive with enough time to park, make your way to the ceremony space, and be seated before the ceremony begins.
Yes, there will be an open bar serving beer and wine. Our bartenders will be working very hard and we are providing a tip jar—feel free to leave a tip if you feel obliged. Please drink responsibly!
We are SO grateful for all of the gifts from all of our friends and family. We prefer gifts be sent to the address provided on our registry but there will be a gift table at the venue where guests can set their gifts!
Bride & Groom send off will be at 9pm with cleanup to follow. Kindly note that all guests are requested to vacate the property by 10pm. Thank you for your understanding!
We are providing hors d'oeuvres as well as a buffet style dinner of classic barbecue cuisine. An array of individual desserts will also be provided with evening tea. One of the hors d'oeurves provided will be vegan friendly, and we will supply a vegan option for the main entree & side. If you are vegan/vegetarian or have a serious allergy we ask that you reach out to us so we can make sure the caterer prepares enough food and can avoid any contamination.
