FAQs

If you have any questions that aren't listed here, don't hesitate to reach out to the bride or groom!
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie optional for our evening wedding is preferred. We are requesting that guests not wear white--save that for the bride!

Question

There is a song that will for-sure get me on the dancefloor. How can I submit a request?

Answer

We're so excited to see you hyped up about the party! Make sure to submit requested songs using this link (you'll need to copy and paste into a new window): https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1B56VVqpOUau6hELINemBhslO2bO1rVM6UfsGXY19hr4/prefill

Question

Where can we stay?

Answer

Please see the "Travel" tab for more information on nearby hotels and booking codes to use!

Question

What is the weather like at this time of year?

Answer

Temperatures usually average between the mid 60s and mid 70s during the day. The ceremony will take place outdoors well before sunset, but don't worry! We do have a backup plan in the event of bad weather. Check out 6abc.com for the forecast as you're packing your bag.

Question

Are kids or plus-ones welcome?

Answer

While we would love to host your little ones and plus-ones, we do have a guest list curated to allow us to adhere to our strict budget. Please refrain from bringing anyone who is not included on your invitation. If childcare is an issue, we would be happy to provide babysitter recommendations for the weekend's events.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We do ask that guests refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony (let our amazing photographer do what she does best), but the rest of the day is fair game! When posting pictures, please be sure to use our hashtags so we can keep track of them all -- #eudyonethatIwant and #susseudyo (any Phil Collins fans out there?)

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive and are seated no later than 5:10pm. We'll go right into Cocktail Hour from the ceremony, so you'll have plenty of time to catch up with old friends!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Is that even a question? Drinks are on us; hangover is on you! Don't forget to tip your bartender!

Question

Let's talk COVID. Are masks and/or proof of vaccination required?

Answer

We respect everyone's personal decision surrounding these often-controversial topics. At this time, there are no plans to require masks or proof of vaccination to attend; however, this could change. We will be following all local and CDC guidelines. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, you are certainly welcome to! Disposable masks will be provided onsite. Check back for further updates as we get closer to the big day!
