Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held on the rooftop of the Vista LIC Hotel. The cocktail hour will be held in the rooftop restaurant of the Vista LIC Hotel. The reception will follow in the ballroom of the Vista LIC Hotel, located on the 11th floor. All events will take place at the same venue!

What about the weather?

Answer

The wedding will take place outside in August, so prepare for heat. In case of rain, the ceremony will be moved into the ballroom on the 11th floor.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

There are elevators for traveling between floors, so no stairs required. The venue is wheelchair accessible.

What about parking?

Answer

The venue has parking for guests who are staying at the hotel, but they have limited availability and space must be reserved in advance. Otherwise, there is street parking in the area and a parking garage a few blocks away.

What if I am traveling from out of state?

Answer

The nearest airport is LaGuardia Airport, located less than five miles away. John F. Kennedy and Newark are both 15 miles away and while that may not seem far, there will be traffic. For traveling within New York City, we recommend utilizing cabs or ride shares. Renting a car will not be worth the hassle or expense!
