FAQ's

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We request RSVPs to be made before March 1st to better help us finalize plans for the wedding. THANK YOU!

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Chill vibes, it's Terlingua after all! Our only requirement- white, ivory, or cream only. It's probably going to be warm, so consider comfortable fabrics, sundresses, guayaberas and shorts, fedoras and sun hats, huaraches and chanclas!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love everyone's kiddos, we would prefer to save the celebration for the adults only.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

You can find hotel and Airbnb recommendations under the Travel tab. There are many fun places to check out and book. Let us know if you need any additional help looking for a place to stay!

Question

What is the best way to get to Terlingua?

Answer

The easiest way to get to Terlingua is driving. Under the travel section, you can find information about the closest airports if you plan to fly in. When exiting I-10 in Ft. Stockton, using HWY 67 through Alpine is the fastest route, but you can also take HWY 385 through the national park for a more scenic route.

Question

When should we start booking our stays?

Answer

You are welcome to begin booking your stay as soon as possible! We want to give you all plenty of time to plan accordingly. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is! All of the spots in the Ghost Town by Starlight and the Trading Company are shared spaces, so feel free to park there. If you are staying in the Ghost Town, it is an easy walk to the venue. The venue is up a steep hill on an unpaved road, so please let us know if you would like to be shuttled up- it's no problem!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There sure are! You can find all of this information under the 'Schedule' tab.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will be welcoming guests starting at 6:30. Come grab a drink, find a seat, and make some new friends before the ceremony starts at 7:30.

For all the days along the way
