A Texaco.. who would have thought! Who would've thought that a trip to the Texaco could lead to such a beautiful journey full of love and laughter. For our first date Ethen took me arrowhead hunting, we found two perfect arrowheads and a love like no other. That became our thing, we go often and yes, we find them! A lot of our dates and time together also consisted of long drives through the mountains, watching the most beautiful New Mexico sunsets, blowing up an air mattress on the bed of his truck and watching the stars, camping and dinners with family. Along the way a beautiful relationship and friendship was formed, one that we both knew we wanted forever. Fast forward to October 26th, a plan to go arrowhead hunting turned out to be so much more. Ethen, my parents and I went out and before long I found my first arrowhead of the day, excitedly I ran to my dad to show him my find when I hear Ethen.. "Babe, you won't believe this. I found the most beautiful rock I've ever seen, I'm the luckiest man!" He walks to me, and as he's opening his hand to show me this beautiful rock, he gets down on one knee and I see my dream ring since I could remember in his hand, stunning and shining. When I say I screamed, I mean I SCREAMED! I threw my arrowhead to the side. "Will you marry me?" to which I said yes I think 10 times. We left there with our whole life in front of us, so in love. The rest is history! We can't wait to say "I do" to forever, with all of our friends and family surrounding us with love!
