When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However the deadline is September 1st 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we are ecstatic to welcome little ones at our big day celebration, there will be an open bar. As well as after 7 PM, the music will be geared towards a more adult crowd. If you have little ones, or you are simply uncomfortable with this, please make proper arrangements. Thank you for understanding!

Where is the wedding taking place at?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Beck Mountain Wedding Barn - 110 Corn Maze Ln, Elizabethon, TN 37643. Cocktail hour and reception to follow.

What’s the date and time of the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2025. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM. Please arrive 30 minutes early to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, while the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors. Please dress comfortably for the weather.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal (cocktail) attire for our wedding. Please no jeans or t-shirts. We also request that you avoid wearing white, cream, beige, or any other light colors.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available on site. There will be parking attendants to assist in parking.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do", We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Will there be a bar?

Yes! Beer, two specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!
