There are a number of firsts that require celebrating and for this occasion, we are highlighting Ethan's recent baptism and his first PABITIN, a Filipino birthday tradition, with a special twist for his first birthday. Ethan's Godparents have preselected 8 qualities that we hope he will cultivate as he grows up, represented by 8 totems that Ethan will get to choose from in his PABITIN (a lattice that will be hung above him). We hope you will participate with us as we cheer him on, as he will hand pick his first goal for himself!

Your safety is important to all of us and you have the option of participating online, or in person. In-person guests currently include family and godparents only. Guests will be seated within the company of people they have selected themselves. You can let us know with whom you are comfortable sharing a table in the RSVP page (see menu above). All tables will be 6' in diameter and set with as much distance apart as possible. The outdoor patio we have reserved seats 300 people and is private to our event. If you have attended a restaurant for outdoor dining, we are providing you far more space with a more stringent guest list! Staff will be wearing masks and gloves at all times. Guests are required to wear masks unless they are seated at their table and eating.
