Are children allowed?

Answer

We love all our family and that includes our baby cousins. We would be honored to have them come and dance the night away.

Is this an unplugged event?

Answer

No! We will have an app to where you can upload all your own pictures for the whole guest list to view. We would love to see our wedding from your eyes! All we ask is no live videos during the ceremony or posting during the event. If someone cannot attend we may make an exception. Please ask Emily.

What about dietary differences and what will be provided?

Answer

We have already asked our caterer to make adjustments to the menu we chose for dairy intolerance and a special plate for a dear family member. We will not be able to accommodate more than these dietary differences. However, the menu in itself is friendly to many options and our caterer has extensive knowledge in the food industry as well as dietary differences.

Is there parking on site?

Yes! There are two parking lots and a golf cart shuttle to accommodate those who would need help getting the the front doors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We would ask you get there 30 mins earlier to allow for parking and seating arrangements.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you do not have a plus one on the invitation we kindly ask you do not deviate and bring someone. We agreed for this to be family and close friends due to families living far away and the importance of close connections to the both of us. We love you all and want to keep the wedding intimate.

What is expected for the dress code?

Answer

We would love for everyone to look their best on our wedding day! We would love to see everyone in fun spring colors! Women can wear long or short dresses that are fitting for cocktail hour. Men can wear a jacket if they wish, button down shirts, khakis, and dress pants. Our wedding colors are sage green and blush so we kindly ask you refrain from those specific colors as those are reserved for the wedding party.

What should we do about transportation?

Answer

Our venue suggests using a scheduled Uber pick up. You can order and schedule an Uber ahead of time. They warn against ordering one during the event due to the location of the venue. They may not be able to send a driver out in a moments notice but can plan ahead.
