Our love story began at a restaurant in Hartford, CT. It was Yahaira's birthday and she was out celebrating with one of her best friends. Ethan was on a trip to the New England area with a couple of his close friends. We were seated next to each other and that's when the sparks flew. It was an immediate connection, we talked for the rest of the evening, eventually exchanging numbers. After Ethan went back home a long distant relationship began. It took a year of long distant, and Yahaira traveling back and fourth to Texas a few times, until they decided they belong together and couldn't be apart any longer. Yahaira and Sofia made the move to Texas to begin their new life together ❤️.

It started off as the most perfect day on the remote island of Vieques, Puerto Rico. Later that evening Ethan planned a sunset horseback ride, where Ethan, Yahaira and Sofia rode around the small island and alongside the beach. As the sun was setting we came up on a pasture, where we stopped to get down from our horses to take pictures. While posing for a flawless shot, Ethan surprised Yahaira and got down on one knee to propose. It was a magical moment, Yahaira was completely amazed as her eyes filled with tears of joy and happiness, she was over the moon as she said YES!!
