RSVP will open June 1st and will be due by August 31st
Short answer is no. We know a lot of our guests are from out of town however, all our guests have different preferences, budget, party sizes, and pets. We recommend our out of town guests to stay at hotels in Florence, KY or anywhere in Northern Kentucky since this is right where the airport is!
The ceremony will be held at St. Cecilia church starting at 1 PM. The reception will be taking place at The Farmhouse at Emmitt Ridge Farm starting at 2:30 PM and is about a 30 minute drive from the church. Addresses for both places can be found under the "Schedule" tab.
We ask that guests dress in formal/cocktail attire for both the ceremony and reception. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be held at a Catholic church so please wear church appropriate clothing. The reception is being held at a farm and will be outdoors so you are more than welcome to change into something else for this part of the celebration!
Guests may start arriving to church at 12:30 PM and should get there no later than 12:50 PM. Guests arriving after 12:50 PM are asked to use the two side entrances by the parking lot. The ceremony starts at 1 PM. Please keep in mind that you are at a church so your utmost respect is appreciated. (Please keep in mind this may change closer to the wedding date)
There is parking at both locations! Church parking will be at the back of the church on Gilmore Ave. Reception parking will be right at the entrance when you turn onto the property driveway.
We understand things can happen. If you come to the church after the 1 PM start time please come in one of the two side entrances that are near the parking lot rather than the main entrance that is facing Madison Ave.
Sadly, due to budget and space limitations we cannot afford to have all guests bring a plus one. Only those who have a plus one on their invite may bring one. If you do not have a plus one on your invite we ask that you do not bring one. Thank you for understanding!
We understand that this is an exciting celebration and that there will be alcohol provided at the reception. We ask our guests that are 21 and up to avoid drinking to the point of intoxication, however we do want all our guests to get home safely. If you feel as though you cannot drive home you are more than welcome to leave your car at the reception location. All cars and items must be retrieved the next day from 9AM-11AM.
