Kanyadaan (Giving Away the Bride): The bride’s parents place her hand in the groom’s, offering blessings and symbolically entrusting her care to him.
Mangalsutra & Sindoor: The groom ties a sacred necklace for protection. Red Sindoor marks the bride's married status.
Saptapadi (7 Steps): The couple circles a sacred fire, making 7 vows for nourishment, strength, prosperity, happiness, family, health, & friendship.
Vidaai (Bride’s Farewell): The bride departs with blessings, symbolizing the beginning of her new life.
