FAQs

Question

What will the day look like?

Answer

Our whole day is in one place! The ceremony will start at 3 PM. Dinner will begin at 6 PM and then we will dance late into the night! Please plan to arrive a little early for parking and seating.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. No jeans, please! Fall colors encouraged.

Question

Will the wedding be outdoors? What will the weather be like?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are indoors but the patio doors should be open to enjoy the beatiful fall weather. We are hoping for a sunny 50-60 degree evening.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our celebration will mostly be adults-only. If your children are invited, it will be noted in your invitation.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We are still working out these details, but will come back to update once we have everything in place. Please reply within your RSVP if you will need transportation to or from the venue. We will provide transportation based on need.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a couple hours during cocktail hour that include rail, beer, wine, and soda. The reception will include beer, wine, and soda. We are also hoping to include some special bride and groom choice-cocktails.

Question

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

Cocktail hour will include an hors d’oeuvre table. Dinner will be a family-style meal that includes broasted & baked chicken, baked ham, mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli and cauliflower, dinner rolls, coleslaw, pasta salad, and cream puffs!

Question

What will the reception vibe be like, and is it okay to leave early?

Answer

As the evening goes on, we will shift into a high-energy dance party. We would love for everyone to stay and dance, but if you're ready to call it a night we fully support an Irish goodbye. No pressure at all, just gratitude that you're celebrating with us.
