FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what is listed please contact: Riley Tucker at (931)-205-2510
Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held in an outdoor location, yet the reception and dinner will be indoors with AC!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you receive a plus one, they will appear on your specific invitation/RSVP.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1st, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date you will be marked as "No".

Question

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by May 1st, 2026, you will be marked as "No". We will miss being able to celebrate with you, but it is important we provide our vendors with adequate numbers within the time frame they have provided us. Thank you!

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins ( the ceremony is at 4 so arrive by 3:30). This gives you enough time to find parking and your seat. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but this is strictly an adults-only occasion. With the exception of immediate family in the bridal party.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during this special time of the day. We have an amazing professional photographer who will capture the ceremony for us. We want our guests to be present during this time. Please do not record videos or take live pictures. Once the ceremony is over, go crazy with pictures and videos. We want our special day to be a memory everyone can share!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Daytime/ Dressy Casual Attire Due to our wedding being in June, we want our guests to ultimately wear something accommodating to the Tennessee summer heat! Nothing formal or too fancy! Think light breathable fabrics, linens, bright colors, florals. Women feel free to wear flowy maxi dresses, sundresses, etc. Men feel free to wear linen pants, khakis, trousers (no jeans please), and a nice button down or dress T-shirt. Wear comfy shoes for dancing (because there will be a lot of it)! Absolutely NO white, you have the excuse to wear something fun and colorful for this day!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has ample parking for all our guests. Additionally, there are golf cart (shuttles) that can help transport guests from their car to the ceremony location if needed!
