Do I have to pay for the cruise ticket all at once?

Answer

No, from the time your room is booked you only have to pay a deposit. Then you can make payments or pay a lump sum at t later date as long as the balance is paid 90 day before sail date.

How to book events on the ship?

Answer

Once it gets closer to the date they will open up reservations on the app or online. Also if you would prefer us to assist with that we can link our reservations and book the events for you as well as see if there are any discounts on your cruise ticket.

What if I can't walk long distance?

Answer

That is not a problem, my mother also has this issue and they have scooters you can rent on the ship as long as you reserve them in advance. You may also bring your own if you wish to make sure you have one you are comfortable with. They also have beach wheelchairs available on CocoCay.

Do they have a fridge for my medication and a needle box?

Answer

Yes, when you make the booking it will have options for accessible rooms for people with mobility issue's and ones that need a medication fridge or needle box. Every room comes with a chiller but it does not get cold enough to store medication so please request a medication fridge or let us know and we will help make sure you get one.

Do I need to bring bathroom supplies?

Answer

Just like at hotels they will provide you with towels, wash clothes, all in one soap, hairdryer, and toilet paper. I prefer to use my own shampoo and body wash but it is a preference.

Can I bring snacks and drinks?

Answer

Yes, you will not need any snacks but if you would like to bring something specific you are more than welcome to as long it is unopen. You are also allowed to bring 12 non-alcoholic drinks (no larger than 17 fl. oz.) per room. As well as up to 2 bottles of wine/champagne (750ml) per adult but the alcohol must be in your carry on bag on embarkation day. No beer, hard liquor, or any other alcohol except the wine and champagne.

Do I need the Royal Caribbean App?

Answer

Yes, It is highly recommended since a lot of the details about the ship and activities are on the app and update should things change. They also have a map on the ship on the app to help you find your way around. Another useful tool is you can chat with other people on the boat in the app instead of getting the internet package and messaging them.

Do I need the internet package on the ship?

Answer

This is a hard one, I would say that this is a personal decision as there are pros and cons to both. We usually do not get it. For those like us and have an iPhone, while on the ship the basic internet that will allow you to use their app and is free will also allow you to imessage other iPhone users on and off the ship. It will not allow you to Facetime or use any other internet apps on your phone other than the Royal app. For those with Android you will only be able to message people through the Royal app from what we have heard and seen. For us having a break form the internet and just enjoying the time with family and friends we have made on the ship has always been our favorite. Not worrying about updates or games gives us more time to just enjoy the experience.
