FAQs

Question

What precautions are you taking for COVID?

Answer

COVID is unfortunately still among us so we will be taking precautions to be as safe as we can, while still enjoying to be around each other. * If you feel sick, have any symptoms (fever, cough, etc.), or have been exposed to someone who has felt sick or tested positive to the virus within the week of the wedding, please DO NOT ATTEND. We ask that you contact the bride and groom ahead of time if possible. Although we will be sad to miss your presence, it is better to be safe than sorry and ask that you think of others. *Masks will be optional and are NOT required at our wedding. If you feel more comfortable to wear one, masks will be provided at both wedding venues. *Social distancing will be a goal, however, not guaranteed. *There will be sanitary stations at both wedding venues. Please bring your own, just to be extra safe!

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm, so please arrive no later than 15 minutes before in order to get your seat so you don't miss anything!

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Ceremony Parking: There is a parking lot across the church for guests or street parking on 37th Ave. Reception Parking: Self-parking in Park Meadows parking lots or Park Meadows Valet.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Yes, but please be mindful of flashes or sound during the ceremony.

Question

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

We will hold a cocktail hour after the wedding ceremony while pictures are being taken with the bride and groom. Light bites and non-alcoholic drinks will be served before dinner.

Question

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please tell us as soon as possible so that we can accommodate you! If you RSVP here on the website, there will be a place to tell us about your specific needs.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We love and appreciate all of our guests' loved ones, however, our venue's capacity is limited. Please check in the RSVP tab to see if your invitation includes a plus-one. Feel free to contact the bride or groom to work out any details.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

*Formal Attire Requested Just as donning an all-white dress to a Western wedding is frowned upon, wearing red is best avoided in respects to the Chinese traditions for the bride as she will be changing into a red dress at different parts of the festivities. Please keep in mind our wedding is on a beautiful June day so please stay cool but comfortable to dance the night away!
