FAQs

The Wedding Website of Natalie Stotz and Ethan Gabriles
If you have any other questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to Natalie, at (303) 525-5948. Thanks!
Question

Having trouble RSVPing?

Answer

Make sure to enter your full first and last name. For example, "Ethan Gabriles" If you still cannot find your name, it may be under a shortened version/common nickname. For example Anna instead of Anastasia, or Angie instead of Angela. You can also try entering the name of someone else from your party. You will be able to accept or decline the invite for everyone in your party. Please let us know if you are still having an issue and we can help!

Question

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 27, 2022 so that we can ensure we are planning for enough furniture, food, and fixings for everyone!

Question

Do we need to wear masks? (UPDATED)

Answer

As of February 2022, Boulder County has lifted its mask mandates for indoor events and gatherings. If unvaccinated, please take the necessary precautions to protect yourselves and others. Thank you!

Question

Can I bring additional guests?

Answer

Please understand that we cannot offer additional plus ones. When you click the RSVP tab on our website, you will be directed to the next page where you will enter your first and last name. We have most households grouped together so you will see how many seats are allocated to you. One guest can RSVP for their entire group. If you were given a plus one, you will be able to add their name as well. If you have a guest in your group that you would like to substitute for a different person, please let us know in the "Any notes about your RSVP?" textbox.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have reserved a discounted room block at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Boulder (The cutoff date for these rates is 04/27/22), and we have a discount code for Hyatt Place Boulder/Pearl Street. The bridal party will be staying at Homewood Suites. Hotels are expensive over this weekend because of Memorial Day. So, we recommend staying together in large groups at Homewood Suites or at a local Airbnb and splitting the cost. We apologize for this inconvenience, but wanted to allow extra time for traveling over a long weekend.

Question

What should we do about transportation?

Answer

Unfortunately, we do not have any group transportation in place. We recommend that out-of-towners get a rental car as Boulder is about 40 minutes away. Other options: There are shuttles from DIA to Boulder through Green Ride Boulder, Boulder Shuttle, and Boulder Transport. An Uber ride from DIA to Boulder could range anywhere from $50.00 - $150.00 depending on the time of day and number of passengers. The hotels we have listed are very close to The Studio and Uber rides should be affordable and widely available to and from the venue.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm, so please plan to be seated by then. Arrival by 3:45pm should give you plenty of time. Please do not arrive earlier than 3:30pm.

Question

Are the wedding and ceremony at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Both will be held at The Studio Boulder.

Question

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes - there is a large free parking lot!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire is casual overall, but if you want to dress up, please do! Anything goes, from suits and cocktail dresses to button-downs, sundresses, jumpsuits, and jeans! You do you! If you are worried about clashing colors, our wedding colors are coral and dusty blue as seen on this website & our Save the Dates!

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

There will be an abundance of food as this is Natalie's favorite part of the whole day! Come hungry to enjoy appetizers, dinner, and dessert! Please let us know of any dietary restrictions you may have when you RSVP.

Question

Are highchairs provided?

Answer

Unfortunately no, our venue does not provide highchairs. You are welcome to bring one if needed. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Question

Information about gifts?

Answer

Your love, laughter, and well wishes are the greatest gift we could receive on our wedding day. However, if you would like to honor us with an item for our house, or a contribution to our honeymoon fund or home fund, you can find our requested items under the "Registry" tab. Since we do not have much room in our small apartment, many of the items are set to be redeemed at our convenience. If you pick an item that ships directly to us, please address it to Natalie's parents' house in Brighton. If you would like to purchase something on your own and bring it to the wedding, that works too! Gifts not found on this registry are also welcome. But above all else, your presence is most important to us!
