We have 2 hotel blocks in Woodland Park just minutes away from the wedding venue. Be sure to check out our Travel page.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal/Festive is preferred. Colors & prints are welcomed for our mountainside wedding! Be sure to wear reasonable shoes as the ceremony & reception are outside.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is very limited parking at the Venue. Please park at the Microtel Inn & Suites or Country Lodge (our two hotel blocks - both in Woodland Park, CO) and ride the shuttle that will be provided. For guests not staying at one of the hotel blocks, there will be a shuttle from Kavanagh Field parking lot (116 S West St, Woodland Park, CO 80863)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a shuttle from the Microtel Inn & Suites and Country Lodge parking lot to the venue. For guests not staying at one of the hotel blocks, there will be a shuttle from Kavanagh Field parking lot (116 S West St, Woodland Park, CO 80863). Please take advantage of the provided transportation as there is very limited parking at the Venue!
