When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 15, 2026 so we can finalize guest counts with our venue and caterers.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to space limitations, only the guests listed on your invitation are invited. Please check your invitation envelope for details.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is Semi-Formal: tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is onsite parking available at the venue. Rideshares and carpooling are also encouraged.

Are there nearby hotels or accommodations?

Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at FAIRFIELD BY MARRIOTT INN & SUITES RICHMOND ASHLAND. Mention our wedding when booking.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We’ll have a shuttle service running between FAIRFIELD BY MARRIOTT INN & SUITES RICHMOND ASHLAND and the venue before and after the event. Check the “Travel” page.
