This Welcome Reception will be hosted at Vincent's on the 11th floor of the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District. There will be lite bites and cocktails served. We can't wait to see you! Please note that this Welcome Reception is at their covered outside rooftop. The average temperature for Dallas in October is between 73-82 degrees.

There will be a shuttle from all hotels that will depart at 1:35 pm for the ceremony. If you opt to drive or uber over, please arrive by 1:45 pm at the latest.

Dinner and drinks will be served. There will be rotating shuttles going back to the three hotels starting at 9:00 pm.

Join us for a night cap at CatBird following the reception! This rooftop bar is on the 9th floor of the Thompson hotel. There will be shuttles starting at 10:45 pm that will stop at CatBird and then the three hotels.
