Why is there no registry?

Thank you so much for much for thinking of us! We’re fortunate to already have everything we need at this time, so we’ve chosen to have a newlywed fund instead of a traditional registry. Contributions will help us save toward future educational and life plans as we begin married life together. We kindly ask for any cheque contributions to be made out to Ethan Zand or Malka Finkelstein.

Is there parking at or near the venue?

Answer

Yes, Beth Emeth Bais Yehuda has ample parking in their parking lot. There is also street parking available on streets nearby.

Question

I'm not Jewish/Not familiar with a Jewish wedding! What do I wear?

Answer

For our wedding, we suggest that guests wear, at minimum, business casual attire. Please make sure you dress appropriately for the weather, as your comfort is the most important to us. During the Jewish religious portion of our ceremony, we ask that shoulders be covered and that guests cover up if a large portion of skin is showing. Kippot (Yarmulkes) are available if you wish to wear one. There is no dress expectation for the reception beyond your comfort and enjoyment.
