When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by August 21, 2024. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we will have to mark you as a "no."

Can I Bring a Guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as {Your name} + {Guest} if you have a plus one.

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

While we love your kids, the venue does have a limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who have been invited.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The Dress Code is Creative or Cocktail. You may ask yourself what is a Creative or Cocktail dress code? Here is what it means to us: You can be creative! - Be bold - Wear some fun prints & colors - Accessorize - Found an outfit thrifting that is really cool but have nowhere to wear it to? This is your opportunity! or You can wear cocktail attire! To conclude, we want our guests to feel comfortable and wear something that authentically aligns with who they are. Wear what makes you feel great! We just ask for no nudity, denim (unless it's a Canadian Tuxedo), sweat pants (unless it's a matching track suit) or wearing all white.

Both the ceremony and the reception will be at Barnwood Events. The address is: 3230 Larsen Road Madison, WI 53711

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors if the weather permits. The reception will be indoors.

Where should we park?

Answer

Barnwood Events has 170 parking stalls and six EV chargers for guests. To note, if you are not able to drive home after our wedding, you are able to leave your car and pick it up the following morning by 10 AM.
