What time should we plan to arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Please arrive starting at 4:30pm to ensure enough time to find your seats.

What happens if there is rain or inclement weather on the wedding day?

Answer

We are hoping to be blessed with comfortable, sunny weather for our special day! Should there be any inclement weather that prevents the ceremony from taking place outside, there is a contingency plan to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all take place indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to wear formal attire. Some examples include dark or light-colored suits with ties for men, and full gowns, knee-length cocktail dresses or pant suits for women.

Is there any arranged transportation provided?

Answer

UPDATE (5/9/2025): The number of reservations at the Fairfield Inn and Hampton Inn hotels did not allow us to meet the minimum to reserve shuttle services. We apologize if this becomes an inconvenience for anyone, but are happy to help arrange for alternate transportation for you. Please let us know and we'll work that out with you directly. You can contact Ethan Lotufo at (774) 573-8698 to discuss if necessary. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at Shepherd's Run for guests who choose to drive themselves.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love all of your children, but only the children who are in the wedding party and/or are addressed on the wedding invitations are invited. We apologize for any inconvenience.
