This is a fantastic hike, but super difficult (about a 1500 foot climb, and 3.1 miles). If you go, bring lots of water!

Camelback Mountain (Echo Canyon Trail)

Another fun hike, similar to Camelback Mountain. This is also a difficult hike so bring water!

Piestewa Peak Summit Trail

A beautiful hike in the middle of Phoenix with gorgeous views of the city!

Quartz Ridge Trail

Beautiful park with some of the most recognizable Phoenix mountains. There are hiking/walking trails. Also near the Phoenix Zoo, Tempe Town Lake, ASU, and the Desert Botanical Garden.

Papago Park Center

Old Town is a great area to explore with a variety of local shops and unique restaurants.

Old Town Scottsdale

Great shopping and lots of food options. Also conveniently located down the street from Old Town Scottsdale.

Scottsdale Fashion Square

Check out Mill Avenue, which has a variety of restaurants and bars. Make sure to wear University of Arizona gear when there because #beardown.

Arizona State University, Tempe Campus

You can rent kayaks, paddleboards, etc. for a nice day on the water!

Tempe Town Lake

This is a famous Arizona location. It is a little over a 4 hour drive from Phoenix on the border of Arizona and Utah. It is 10 minutes from Horseshoe Bend, so it's a must to see both on your trip.

Antelope Canyon

This is a must see location. It is a little over a 4 hour drive from Phoenix on the border of Arizona and Utah.

Horseshoe Bend

Probably one of the cities Arizona is most famous for! This is about a 2 hour drive from Phoenix and can easily be made into a day trip or quick weekend getaway.

Sedona

This is a beautiful mountain town a little over 2 hours from Phoenix.

Flagstaff

This is a cute town with local shops and hikes that is about 1 hour 45 minutes from Phoenix.
