Will the ceremony and reception be inside or outside?

Answer

All of the day's events will take place outside at Ewing Manor! The reception will be under a large, covered tent on the property. Besides the dance floor, the ground will be grass or cobblestone so keep this in mind for choice of shoes!

What should I wear?

Answer

Black tie is completely optional! Semi-formal wear is encouraged but we'd like everyone to feel comfortable and not worry about breaking the bank for our event! Wedding party will be wearing pinks and purples.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin at 4:30pm but guests are encouraged to arrive early to find seating.

What if I have food or dietary restrictions?

Answer

All of the food being served is gluten free except for the bourbon peppercorn sauce served with the beef tenderloin (this can be served on the side). Please let us know if you have any other concerns and an alternative meal will be provided!

Where can I park?

Answer

Parking for everyone will be at St. John's Lutheran Church just across the street of Ewing Manor at the corner of Emerson Street and Towanda Avenue. The lot will be open for guest use until 10am on Sept. 6th so if you need to keep your car there overnight, you are more than welcome to do so! Handicap parking is available in this lot but there is a driveway located on the east side of the venue's property if you need to request a closer drop off spot. Just let us know!
