When should I RSVP?

Answer

If you can RSVP as soon as you receive your save the date or invitation, we would be beyond grateful! We ask that you RSVP by May 24th, 2026. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend. Due to vendors' cut-off dates, we will be unable to accept late RSVPs.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Although the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM, we ask that guests arrive 15-30 minutes before the official start time so you can get settled and enjoy the music before the ceremony.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony & reception will be indoors. If the weather allows, cocktail hour will take place in the outdoor courtyard.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we hope you understand that only children of the family and the wedding party are invited due to limited venue capacity. We hope that you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night, and appreciate you making prior arrangements!

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, due to limited capacity, we can only allow the number of people listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

We would love for everyone to get dressed up with us! Wear what makes you most comfortable.

Accommodations

Answer

We have blocks of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott in Moorhead and the Clubhouse Hotel & Suites in Fargo. However, there are several other hotels in the Fargo-Moorhead area that fall within a variety of price ranges in addition to Airbnbs and VRBOs. There is a shuttle to and from the venue through one of our hotels, please see the Travel page for more information.
