We met in the most stereotypical way. "My boyfriend has a friend". Ethan was close friends with Jadyn's best friend's boyfriend, so naturally she set them up. While they had met years ago, in the same way his friend met her friend, they had never talked. After just the first date, they both knew this was definitely going somewhere. Many late night conversations later, they learned more and more how their lives have been intertwined for years. In the first year Jadyn's family moved to Texas, they had lived just across the highway from where Ethan's family would move to years later. Jadyn's younger sister had ridden a pony on a farm that turned out to be Ethan's pony his family had donated to the farm. Jadyn found out she had talked to Ethan's grandmother that he was very close to, who died when he was in high school. And they had seen each other when they were younger several times as they both went to the same elementary school to play on the equipment on the weekends. All before they had ever even met.
