Do we need to change locations for the reception?

No, the ceremony and reception will be held at the same place!

There will be a spot to park just outside the venue!

How far is the parking lot from the ceremony?

Answer

It can be a little walk but it isn’t too far, we can also designate a closer parking spot if needed. Just let us know before May 20th!

What time should I arrive?

Guest arrival time will begin at 2:30pm and the ceremony will begin at 3.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Somewhere between dressy casual. We want you to be comfortable and be able to stay cool or warm depending on what the weather decides to do.

Will it be cold at the reception?

Answer

It is hard to say, but pack a sweater or light jacket just in case! Late May in Eastern Oregon may still include snow, but it is hard to say.

What kind of food will be there?

We are providing dessert and a pasta bar! The sides will be more potluck style, so if you can and would like to bring a side, please do what you feel is best!

We have to turn down music by 9:50pm. So around that time more than likely.

Do you have a registry? Where are you registered?

Yes, we do have a registry. We are registered on Amazon, Target, and Zola.

Can I bring my child(ren)?

Answer

Absolutely! However, we do ask that you keep an eye on them and that they are not playing in the two smaller buildings on property, as the wedding party will be storing their items there.

Yes, there is. Please RSVP before March 10th.

You should get a link to RSVP on your invitation or here on our website that will be available in January.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/reception?

Answer

We want everyone to be in the moment with us. Life is more exciting without looking at it through a screen. We ask that you do not take pictures or record during the ceremony as the couple has paid someone to take pictures. During the reception, please take as many photos as you like as long as you send some to Fallon and Ethan afterwards! ;)

Can I bring my dog?

Due to specific limitations within the venue rental agreement, pets are not allowed. Please keep them home. If you have a service dog please let Fallon know as soon as you can so she can notify the venue.

Is smoking allowed in the venue?

Answer

Yes, only outside. Please do not smoke inside any of the buildings and please pick up any cigarette butts.
