I (Claire) walked into my Roman History class and sat down next to a cute boy (Ethan) in an Air Force uniform. He became known as "cute boy from history". He proceeded to stare awkwardly, and not talk until finally at the end of the first week of class he offered to walk with me after class. The rest was history!

Ethan and Claire got married in a small, private ceremony at the Penn State Arboretum during the height of COVID. The day was magical, and it even rained (this is apparently good luck). But, the day was missing something: all the friends and family they wanted to share it with.

Since their marriage in 2020, Claire and Ethan moved to Pensacola where Ethan is training to be a combat systems officer for Air Force Special Operations and Claire is in nursing school. The Lord blessed them immediately with a church and good friends. They adopted two beautiful greyhounds that like to keep them on their toes. Nigel is a five-year-old black male greyhound who likes to stick his long nose in everything and Cash is an eight-year-old male and he just wants to be loved.
