We first met in January of 2017 through our mutual friend Grace Johnson (one of the bridesmaids!) Through video calls, we stayed connected when Christy lived in Colorado and then Texas, while Ethan remained in Tennessee. Through the years, though our relationship ebbed and flowed, we continued to come back to each other. In December of 2025, we reconnected and everything beautifully fell into place; it was apparent to both of us that the Lord was leading us to each other. After just a few months of dating (but 9 years of friendship!), we are ready to be together forever!
