Shuttle

Shuttle from Pine & Pond to the Four Points Hotel

September 5, 2026 10:00 pm - 12:30 am

We will have a shuttle bus running from the venue back to the hotel at 10:30 pm and 12:30 am. Guests staying elsewhere may want to take the shuttle and order cabs/ubers from the hotel to their accommodations to lower the cost of their ride. Cars can be left at the venue overnight as long as they are picked up by 11am the next morning. We recommend carpooling as much as possible!

Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton International Airport

We have blocked 10 king and 15 double queen rooms. You can book these rooms until August 4th, 2026 by calling the hotel or using the booking link. The rooms are $130 per night from Friday, September 4th to Sunday, September 6th.

Travel Note

Creektop Campsite

There is a lot available for camping across from the venue. There are no hookups or water, but there is an outhouse. The cost is either $20 or $35 per night depending on your set up. More extensive information can be found in the folder in the google drive folder. Please let us know if you have any issues accessing the folder.
