Please arrive at the ceremony before 4:50 pm or you will be asked to wait at the venue entrance to avoid interruptions during the ceremony.
The dress code is formal, black tie optional. Think three quarter to full length gowns or suits with coats and ties; tuxedos are optional.
If your invitation did not already include a plus one, please let us know if you will be bringing a date before the RSVP deadline so that they can be added to the guest list.
We understand that many of our guests are traveling to celebrate with us, and traveling with children looks different for everyone. We love your little ones and would enjoy celebrating with them. However, this will not be a child friendly event. While they are welcome, please keep this in mind when making your plans. Children will be asked to remain seated during the ceremony and scheduled dances.
If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the appropriate accommodations.
There is a parking lot on the premises, but it is not paved. Please keep this in mind when selecting shoes. It also requires driving past the ceremony to enter and exit, so please arrive early to avoid being asked to wait until the ceremony is finished.
Ride services are not available in the area, so please keep this in mind when making your travel arrangements. Please be sure that you have plans for a safe ride.
